Elite 7 Installations are a leading UK supplier of professional equipment for the electronics manufacturing industry. They supply small stand alone set ups for prototypes up to Full Turnkey Lines being sully automatic and fully traceable.
Last week, Danny, our support team leader and James, our apprentice, visited Elite 7, where they showcased their world-class placement machines through an in-house demonstration line.
The setup included a laser marking system, a fully automated stencil printer, a 500mm link conveyor, the Hanwha Decan S1 flexible mounter (47k CPH), and the SM482Plus flexible mounter (30k CPH).
The staff were very knowledgeable and provided valuable insights into investment opportunities and w
ays to enhance our current machine line.
A conlusion of the visit from Danny:
The demonstration by Elite 7 highlighted several areas for potential improvement in our operations. The offered training sessions could provide significant benefits, enabling us to fully leverage our existing machinery and enhance workflow efficiency in the PCB area. Further discussions are recommended to plan the implementation of the training sessions and integrate the new processes effectively.
