Customer visits and new projects..
Our sales manager, Dom, has been out to visit a couple of customers this week. One of the visits was to discuss a brand new project for an existing customer.
First-offs had been built from their samples they had provided to us but there were a few issues that needed to be discussed and amending before we could go ahead and build the full batch.
A visit was arranged with the fitter on our shop floor. After discussions with the fitter and a good understanding we were able to update the drawings and proceed with the order!
The second visit followed a new customer enquiry to look at a new project.
We had a factory tour to understand the processes and the build levels required. After discussing the full project with their development team we had a full brief to quote for producing a prototype batch.
